We will set step-by-step aims, set a timeframe for a realistic outcome, identify what stands in our way, and establish a reward system.

Parts Work Therapy

Parts therapy is a successful trance-based treatment to deal with inner conflicts. By experts, we all have from one to fifteen aspects (or parts) of our nonconscious that influence our daily lives. In other words, we all have different personas.

Parts therapy is a superb hypnotic method to help individuals understand their inner conflicts. My role as a part therapist is to mediate between your inner parts, helping you find an agreement between them.

The emotional granularity technique is prudence, insight, and being in tune with what a particular feeling is trying to tell us. It will encourage you to place emotional experiences into words most explicitly and effectively.

Low emotional granularity often leads to stronger reactivity to negative feelings and increased vulnerability to poor mental health. Therefore, being sad, “tired,” “anxious,” or “angry” versus just feeling “bad” is an emotional state that can help one become emotionally wise.

Self-Hypnosis Skill Training

Self-hypnosis has been shown to help with stress, anxiety, and tension in your body via relaxation and other self-regulation techniques. This will play a large part in your healing and transformation.
