4.) Vichāra Kosha:

For example, with your eyes closed, you might visualize or feel the physical sheath around your body, then the Annamaya Kosa around the physical sheath, then the Vijnanamaya Kosa around the Annamaya Kosa, and so on until you’ve explored all five koshas. Now, take some time to reflect on what you experienced during this exploration. What did you notice? What insights did you gain? You may want to write down your thoughts as you explore, or journal on the koshas at another time.
